Vinum Capidava S.R.L. (Crama Darie) ensures the delivery of products sold on shop.cramadarie.ro throughout Romania through courier services specialised in the transport of alcoholic beverages. All deliveries comply with applicable legislation regarding the sale and transport of alcoholic products.

1. Delivery Zones

We deliver throughout Romania, including rural areas (villages and communes). For deliveries to hard-to-reach or isolated areas, we will contact you to confirm availability and estimated delivery time.

2. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the geographical area, product availability and logistics partner capacity. As a rule, orders are processed as soon as possible after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may be affected by factors such as: holiday periods, adverse weather conditions, increased order volumes or force majeure situations. We will notify you in the event of significant delays compared to the estimated timeframe.

3. Delivery Costs

The transport cost is automatically calculated based on the parcel weight, delivery zone and active promotions at the time of the order. The final transport cost is transparently displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.

Benefits for Wine Club members: members of our loyalty programme may benefit from preferential delivery conditions, in accordance with the Wine Club programme terms.

4. Delivery Process

After placing and confirming the order, you will receive notifications regarding the order status at the email address provided, including parcel tracking information when available from the logistics partner.

5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery is made to the address specified in the order. The presence of an adult (18+) is required to receive the parcel. The courier may request age verification through an identity document, in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Delivery Scheduling

Deliveries are generally made on working days. The courier will contact you by phone before delivery to confirm availability. Please ensure that the phone number provided in the order is correct and accessible.

7. Packaging and Safety

All products are carefully packaged in special protective materials for transport. Bottles are individually protected and placed in rigid boxes to prevent damage during transport.

8. Special Situations

If you are not available at the indicated address, the courier will attempt to re-contact you. After repeated unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned, and additional transport costs may be borne by the recipient, in accordance with the logistics partners terms.

9. Parcel Inspection

We recommend that you inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, you have the right to refuse the parcel or accept it with reservations, noting the issues on the transport document. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs of the damage.

10. Delivery Partners

We work with authorised courier services specialised in the transport of alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper handling of products throughout the delivery journey. Our logistics partners are selected based on criteria of reliability, national coverage and experience in transporting fragile products.

11. Limitations and Restrictions

The delivery of alcoholic products is subject to the following legal restrictions:

  • Alcoholic products may be delivered exclusively to persons aged 18 or over, in accordance with Law no. 61/1991.
  • The courier has the right to request an identity document for age verification at the time of delivery.
  • We do not deliver alcoholic products to minors or to persons visibly intoxicated.
  • The sale of alcoholic beverages complies with all applicable regulations regarding their production, distribution and sale.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this delivery policy. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
